Train the Trainer is an interactive program that models the delivery approach it teaches. It engages participants by focusing on their learning requirements and matching those needs with the project objectives and business requirements. Participants will be prepared to deliver training sessions back to their Customer Service Representatives (CSR) using the methods Fine Point Technologies provides. Each member who attends the training classes will leave the class with a set of tools that can be applied in a myriad of training situations, having learned how to solve challenges rather than just deliver activities.

Each participant will engage in a series of customized, learning activities to develop a more in depth understanding of the solution and goals it will accomplish in the market place.
