CyberTRUCK LogoSubscriber Installation Suite Qualifier empowers subscribers to determine if their computers meet the minimum connectivity requirements for broadband, both before installation is scheduled and during self-installation. CyberTRUCK Qualifier assists the potential subscriber to self-qualify without the need for telephone assistance, ensuring that valuable resources are not wasted on CPEs that can not support broadband service. By eliminating unnecessary installation attempts and truck rolls for unqualified CPEs, service providers can speed deployment, reduce support costs, and ensure successful broadband installation.

CyberTRUCK Qualifier is a "Step 1" Solution that helps subscribers “get up and running” while promoting and reinforcing the service provider's brand and value-added services.

- Qualification that Meets Your Business Requirements
CyberTRUCK Qualifier empowers service providers to specify which CPE components to qualify and to define whether failure to meet a particular criterion results in a warning or outright disqualification. CyberTRUCK Qualifier can report three possible results to the subscriber:

  • Pass – CPE components that pass qualification are clearly indicated in the graphical interface with a green check mark.
  • Warning – CPE components that fall into a marginal range are clearly indicated in the graphical interface by a caution icon.
  • Failure – CPE components that fail qualification are clearly indicated in the graphical interface by a red icon.

- Ensures a Higher Installations Success Rate
CyberTRUCK Qualifier empowers subscribers to determine if their computers meet the minimum connectivity requirements for broadband, both before installation is scheduled and during self-installation.

- Guarantees CPE Qualification at Point of Install
A significant amount of money can be lost in supporting inadequate CPE environments. Worse yet, CPE deficiencies that are not identified early can result in failed installations, decreased customer satisfaction, and, ultimately, lost revenue. Even if a CPE appears to be qualified when the service is ordered, CyberTRUCK Qualifier ensures that the CPE remains qualified during installation, reducing support costs for troubleshooting CPEs that are unqualifed for whatever reason.

- Repairs Issues that Prevent Successful Installation
A well-engineered broadband qualification process ensures that the CPE not only qualifies, but is also configured to accept the broadband installation. CyberTRUCK Qualifier accomplishes by repairing any desktop configuration issues that may prevent installation success. This includes verifying that required system services and resources, such as dial-up networking (DUN), TCP/IP, and network adapters, are installed, enabled and working properly. CyberTRUCK Qualifier automatically repairs these problems by installing and/or enabling the required component. This ensures that the broadband installation will be successful.

- Speeds Broadband Installation
Manual CPE qualification can be time-consuming for subscriber and service provider alike because multiple operating system settings and components must be identified and inspected. This problem is compounded if a help desk technician must walk the subscriber through the process. CyberTRUCK Qualifier gathers all of the required information in seconds and clearly reports the results back to the subscriber. Without making any technical support calls, the subscriber clearly understands whether or not their computer qualifies for broadband service, and why. Qualification results are easily viewed and can be printed to streamline technical support.
