EPRESA DEPLOYES BROADBAND OVER POWER LINE NETWORK LEVERAGING Fine Point Technologies

NEW YORK, NY December 2, 2005 - Fine Point Technologies, a division of Fine Point Technologies, and a leader in broadband PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) networking solutions, announced today that EPRESA, a 50% owned subsidiary of ENDESA (NYSE: ELE) a leading electric utility in Spain and Latin America has selected Fine Point Technologies’ PPPoE solutions for Broadband over Power Line (BPL) network. After this successful commercial launch with the ServPoET Broadband Management Server (BMS) and WinPoET PPPoE client, EPRESA will be able to offer voice and broadband telecommunication services through low and medium voltage electricity network.

By leveraging PPPoE through Fine Point Technologies’ ServPoET BMS Product Family, EPRESA will be better able to provision and manage digital services, ensure privacy of subscriber data, and manage bandwidth.
