New York, NY, June 5, 2006 —Fine Point Technologies, Inc, with headquarters in New York, New York announces the appointment of the company’s Chairman of Board, Todd Ruelle to the position of CEO, replacing company founder John O’Keefe. Mr Ruelle joined Fine Point’s Board of Directors in August of 2004 and worked with Mr. O’Keefe to re-structure the company, grow sales and position Fine Point to accelerate growth. Revenues have doubled since Mr. Ruelle’s arrival and has guided the company  to profitability in 2006 Prior to Fine Point, Mr. Ruelle was CEO of Access PAS, a subsidiary of PanAmSat  Corporation  (NYSE: PA) , which purchased Sonic Telecom in November 2003. Mr Ruelle was Founder and CEO of Sonic, which provided international and domestic digital, terrestrial video services for NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, RTL, as well as on demand video conferencing for fortune 500 companies. The company was based in Chantilly Virginia.

Prior to starting Sonic, Mr. Ruelle served in officer roles at Orion Network Systems, Sprint International, and MCI Communications. At MCI, where he worked for 10 years, Mr. Ruelle was one of five team members that launched MCI’s “Friend & Family” consumer long distance plan, which was fundamental in accelerating the erosion of AT&T’s customer base. In 1995 He was appointed by President Clinton as the White House representative to the White House Conference on Small Business

Mr. Ruelle has an extensive experience working internationally with the  major telecommunications companies as well as Global 500 enterprise businesses. Mr.O’Keefe, the company founder will remain as a consultant to the company assisting Mr. Ruelle. The company will remain in New York with expansion plans in Northern Virginia.
