Todd R. Ruelle - Chairman & CEO | |||||||||||||
As CEO of Sonic Telecom, Mr. Ruelle assembled a world class Board of Directors, Management team, raised over $50 Million in venture capital to create the first optical international network for television broadcasting and video conferencing billing for bandwidth on demand. Sonic, founded by Mr. Ruelle in 1997, with network activation in January 2000, established service throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S. transporting shows for NBC (Jay Leno), Fox News, ABC CBS, NFL Channel and RTL. The company was bought by PanAmSat in November 2003. The company was renamed Access PAS and he served as CEO. Mr. Ruelle was a managing director for PanAmSat’s European subsidiaries (formerly Sonic). Prior to starting Sonic, he held executive positions at Orion Satellite
Corporation, Sprint International, and MCI Telecommunications. At MCI,
Mr. Ruelle was part of a five member team to create and launch the Friends
and Family consumer program that grew MCI’s customer base 3 times
to over 10 million residential users. Mr. Ruelle also serves as Chairman of Fine Point Technologies, Inc. as well as advises the Communications Advisory Group on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategy. He is an accomplished public speaker and presenter on new technologies and their place in telecommunications. |

| Greg Couture – Vice President of Operations | ||||||||||||||
Mr. Couture came to Fine Point Technologies, Inc. in 2002 with a background in Management of day to day operations within the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. In his current position Mr. Couture is responsible for all operations and development at Fine Point Technologies, Inc. Mr. Couture's direct responsibilities include the day to day Management of operations, development, quality assurance, pre-sales support, solution architecture & implementation, project and risk Management, solution delivery, support and most importantly overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Fine Point Technologies, Mr. Couture was the Director of Operations for a Manhattan-based customer relationship Management (CRM) software company that focused on call center solutions. During this time, Mr. Couture was responsible for the overall Management of architecting, integrating and implementing custom call center solutions for such organizations as New York Presbyterian Hospital, United Jewish Appeal, and Care Plus Health Care. |

| William C. Fleming – Chief Financial Officer and VP Business Development | ||||||||||||||
Mr. Fleming joined Fine Point Technologies in February 2008 and oversees the finance and business development activities of the company domestically and internationally. He brings extensive international financial management and corporate finance experience to the Company. Prior to joining Fine Point Technologies, Mr. Fleming served two years as a regional CFO for Europe and Latin America for TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he managed a staff of 50 financial professionals and assisted in the expansion of TeleTech’s offshore markets. Prior to joining TeleTech, he was the Controller and Treasurer from 2003 to 2006 for Comsat International, a Latin America-focused telecom service provider whose principal growth strategy was through an M&A roll up approach. This approach was initiated by a private equity group which bought a controlling stake in Comsat from Lockheed Martin. Mr. Fleming was brought in to assist in the roll up strategy; in addition to manage the day-to-day treasury and accounting operations. Before departing for TeleTech, Mr. Fleming assisted in the successful sale process of Comsat. Before joining Comsat, Mr. Fleming worked in investment banking for 2 different regional firms focused on capital formation and M&A in the telecommunications sector. Earlier in his career, he also worked in the corporate finance department of Teleglobe International. Mr. Fleming holds a BA from Syracuse University and obtained an MBA in Finance and International Business from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts. |

| Bob Carrick — Director - Broadband Products | ||||||||||||||
Mr. Carrick is considered one of the foremost authorities on Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE), a protocol for transmitting data over the Internet, and brings his extensive experience and knowledge to Fine Point Technologies. His responsibilities include developing new markets and providing strategic guidance for the Fine Point Technologies' suite of PPPoE subscriber and broadband Management solutions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Carrick served as President of Carrick Solutions Ltd, providing ISPs with versatile PPPoE- based solutions for deploying cutting-edge Internet access technologies. This allows Mr. Carrick to bring to the Company a unique perspective on PPPoE, leveraging his experience working with both end-users and Internet service providers to implement the protocol. In 2001, he served as the Head of Quality Assurance and Online Marketing for Broadband2Wireless, a Boston-based ISP. Mr. Carrick began his professional career working within the technical support team at Nortel Networks. |

Gary Golding, General Partner, directs Edison’s regional investment team in McLean, Virginia, which focuses on investment opportunities in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. Gary leads Edison's investments in communications and government information technology. Gary concentrates his primary investment activities on business software. Over his career he has served as the lead investor in multiple companies in the communications software industry which is heavily concentrated in New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. Gary also seeks investments in companies selling technology products to federal and local governments. Gary is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events and financing seminars. He currently serves on the Board of the Tech Council of Maryland. The Association for Corporate Growth named Gary Deal Maker of the Year for 2002. Gary has been a venture capitalist for 19 years. He originated 21 investments and served as a director of 16 companies. Before joining Edison in November 1997, Gary was with CEO Venture Fund, a firm launched in Pittsburgh by three successful technology entrepreneurs. He was General Partner and Chief Operating Officer of CEO Venture Fund II. Gary managed the firm’s office in Vienna, Virginia and made his first investment in the Greater Washington region in 1987. |

Bill Wagner oversees product marketing, supply chain Management, marketing communications and public relations at Fiberlink. Since joining Fiberlink in February 2000, Bill has played a leading role in the development of several new products, the restructuring of Fiberlink's supply chain and the introduction of several innovative marketing initiatives, all of which have combined to propel Fiberlink to its leadership position in the industry. Before joining Fiberlink, Bill spent 11 years at AT&T where he held a number of Management and leadership positions in sales and marketing. Bill served as AT&T's primary executive-on-loan to TCI where he pioneered the integrated marketing of video, broadband and telephony services. Working for Office of the Chairman, Bill also played a pivotal role in the team that developed AT&T's corporate brand strategy. In this role, Bill led the benchmarking of brand issues related to AT&T's international mergers and acquisitions. |

Robert E. Barr - Director |

Robert E. (Bob) Barr joined Education Management Corporation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in March 2007 as Senior Vice President of Interactive charged with leading the development of interactive student experiences, online communities and overall web strategy. EDMC (www.edmc.edu), with over 80,300 students as of fall 2006, is among the largest providers of post-secondary education in North America, based on student enrollment and revenue. Prior to his current role, Mr. Barr served with USAA in San Antonio, Texas as the Vice President of eCommerce Marketing. In this role he was challenged to lead in the design and development of Usaa.com as a world-class and best-in-class financial services website serving all of the online needs of USAA’s Membership. Prior to USAA, he served as the senior marketing executive for Americas Product Management with Dell Computer Corporation. In that role he was responsible for all sales and marketing I/T investments supporting Dell’s revenue and profitability targets in North and South America. These investments included customer relationship and order Management, sales force automation, and pricing as well as Dell’s highly admired internet properties: Dell.com®, Premier.Dell.com® and Support.Dell.com® which provide online shopping, purchasing, invoicing and customer support. Prior to Dell, Mr. Barr served for twenty-one years in several information
technology sales, marketing and development roles. Mr. Barr earned his
BS from the University of South Carolina, MBA from The Wharton School
and in 1999 successfully completed Harvard's Advanced Management Program. |

Jeff Lindauer - Director |

For more than 20 years, Jeff Lindauer has led high performing software technology and telecommunication companies. Mr. Lindauer currently servers as the Chief Executive Officer of TrueContext. Prior to joining TrueContext, Mr. Lindauer was CEO of Spontaneous Technology, a wireless synchronization company acquired by IntelliSync. Mr. Lindauer also served as President and CEO of SkyTel, and Chief Operating Officer for SmarTalk Telecommunications, acquired by AT&T. This followed a 14-year career with MCI Telecommunications where Mr. Lindauer served as Vice President and General Manager of the PrePaid Card unit after holding several senior management positions in the company's Business Markets division. Mr. Lindauer began his telecommunications career with Mountain Bell in 1982. Mr. Lindauer also currently serves as Chairman of Q Inc, a QoE software company located in San Francisco. |
