Account Executive

Summary

Working in Sales at Fine Point Technologies provides a compelling opportunity for Sales Professionals with a proven track record exceeding quota in technology sales. We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our loyal customer base for medium-to-large markets. The person filling the job must be energetic, knowledgeable of broadband networks, great inter personel skills and proven sales ability. A plus would be to have knowledge of our products, competitors, and the industry. Responsibility for following up on leads, telephone inquiries, and making cold calls to existing accounts and new accounts. In summary, we are looking for someone who is ready to jump into a fun, fast-paced environment in downtown Manhattan. We need someone who is bright, energetic, has an interest in technology, and wants to learn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets for the company and will prepare a plan to develop new accounts. Additional efforts include:

Education and Work Experience
A college degree is required, successful solution selling experience is a must. Strong preference for a background in telecommunications, cable, software and/or other technologies.
