New York, NY, July 11, 2006 — Fine Point Technologies, Inc., today announced that Robert (Bob) Carrick, Broadband Product Director, will be a Panelist at the Second Annual AdvancedTCA Summit. The Summit will be held at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel on October 17–19, 2006.

The panel will be Session 102, Triple-Play Networks, on Wednesday, October 18, from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. Mr. Carrick will be speaking specifically on using the AdvancedTCA solution to provide residential Internet services. The Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (AdvancedTCA or ATCA) is a series of industry standard specifications for the next generation of carrier grade communications equipment.

Fine Point Technologies currently provides two applications for Broadband Residential Services on the AdvancedTCA platform: the ServPoET product line, which provides PPPoE subscriber termination of up to 72,000 simultaneous sessions, and the TR-069 CWMP Device Manager, a network based server that can manage and provision TR-069 enabled Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
