Todd R. Ruelle, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Ruelle is a recognized innovator in the telecommunication industry. Since his early days in Bill McGowan’s and Jack Goeken’s MCI, he has focused on strengthening the ties between his company and its customers. By keeping that focus he has brought to market compelling products and services that helped shape the industry to what it is today. The service was also quickly adopted by providers of video conferencing services. Sonic Telecom was bought by PanAmSat in 2003 and renamed Access PAS and Mr. Ruelle was named Managing Director of PanAmSat’s European subsidiaries, formerly the Sonic Telecom operations in the region.
